Position Overview | BHHS London is always looking for a proactive and organised Office Coordinator to join our administrative team. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and providing support across various departments. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. |
Key Responsibilities | Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience at our office. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including room bookings and preparing necessary materials. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Support the Office Manager and other departments as needed. |
Qualifications | Confident and approachable. Strong time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in real estate or property management industry is a plus. |
