Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices London Kay & Co | Marler & Marler Managing Director, Martin Bikhit, acts as Business Liaison for the Marylebone Association and is and active committee member.  He alongside other BHHS London Kay & Co | Marler & Marler team members, regularly attend events held to ensure that we are able to not only support both local residents and businesses, but to keep up to date with any changes to our community.

The Marylebone Association is a non-profit organisation staffed entirely by volunteers in their spare time. The association aims to represent the interests of everyone who lives and works in this very special area of London, which is Marylebone.

The association nurtures, promotes and support initiatives that add to the unique character and quality of life in the area. With a continued ambition to see Marylebone thrive and develop as one of the most interesting and balanced urban environments in London. The Marylebone Association is part of a number of networks and societies including; the West End Community Network, the Westminster Amenity Societies Forum and they are also member of the London Forum of Amenity and Civic Societies.

Current issues facing the community of Marylebone is the potential for the pedestrianisation of Oxford Circus which would result in buses and traffic being diverted through Marylebone and Fitzrovia, onto streets not designed for heavy traffic, and increase pollution.  The Marylebone Association previously fought, and won, the battle to prevent the pedestrianisation of the whole western side of Oxford Street.
