We had been trying to sell a flat without much success but then interviewed Gracie along with other agents. Gracie had far more knowledge (and interest) in Kings Cross. The other main agent operating there didn't seem terribly engaged. Once she found the buyer she stayed on it, helping to push it through the legals and to completion. Our building manager said that of all the agents he sees, Gracie is the only one who takes the time to show prospective buyers the many benefits of the building – not just a 5 minute in & out of the flat with little knowledge, as we've witnessed with other agents.
